1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within [14/30] days of delivery

  • Custom-branded or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required

Please contact us prior to sending any item back to receive return approval and shipping instructions.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue:

Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and original packaging

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the situation

Shipping damage must be reported immediately to both us and the carrier.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when sending returns.


5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7–10] business days

  • Credits or replacements may also be issued based on client preference


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-branded or private-label products

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., personal care amenities)

  • Items not in their original condition or returned after the return window
